THE PROCESS

The design process is simple and remote-friendly: we start with a Zoom call to understand your ideas, then move through a series of reviews to customize your project.
We go through the 3D models together and can explore in VR for more detail.
Once the design is complete, Coastal's team of architects develops the blueprints which are used for permitting and to generate an accurate cost estimate for the build.

ABOUT ME

My name is Dave Jurzynek. I design custom homes and remodeling projects in 3D on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica using SketchUp and VR so you can walk through your space before you build or renovate.
